Волонтер-репетитор

Approximately 150 volunteer tutors come to the Center every week to partner with women who wish to learn to read, write, and speak English. All tutors receive 16 hours of training and on-going support from the Dominican Literacy Center staff. Tutors meet with students weekly, using ESL books, writing exercises, conversation practice, grammar exercises and a computer program provided by the Literacy Center.
