During the April 9 City Council Meeting, the City honored the Dominican Literacy Center of Aurora for 25 years of service to Aurora. Thanks to the effort of the 7-member staff and 200+ volunteers, more than 3,000 women have learned English in the last 25 years and hundreds of families have been successfully prepared to pass their citizenship exams. Thank you, Dominican Literacy Center for serving our community for a quarter of a century!
